SoundBrush Gets Attention From Y Combinator’s Paul Graham

tweet_screenshot_v2Early on Tuesday April 30, 2013 LeafNotes new product, SoundBrush 2 received some gratitude from Y Combinator’s Paul Graham.

In a tweet Paul shows his support for version 2 of the iPad app, calling it one of the “coolest tablet apps I’ve ever seen”.

SoundBrush gives users the ability to draw music notes on the iPad screen. Through the interface users can select one or multiple instruments to play the same, or different notes. At any point users can then watch, and listen, as the app produces the music they’ve just composed.

According to SoundBrush’s web site, with some practice users can re-create music such as “Song of Storms” from the Legend of Zelda or “The Shire” from the hobbit.
