Masters of Digital Innovation Information Session

Tomorrow night from 4 p.m. til 6 p.m., the uWaterloo Stratford Campus will be having an informal information session at the Bomber Pub in the Student Life Centre at the uWaterloo campus.
Representatives will be present to talk to students about the new Masters of Digital Innovation Program that is currently being offered.
uWaterloo Stratford Campus encourages everyone interested to come out to the Bomber and enjoy free snacks and take part in great conversations for this two hour event!

VeloCity and The Waterloo Entrepreneurship Club

Chocolate and Cheese Party
Regular, monthly events will be hosted out of the Great Hall in VeloCity to help students from across both University campuses in the Waterloo region to mix, mingle and talk entrepreneurship. This club has been a future prospect of VeloCity for quite sometime and is something the students will definitely benefit from. Events Coordinator, Victoria Baskerville will be working closely with TWEC to help bring these collaborative events to life. The VeloCity team is very excited about this new partnership, so be sure to look out for the first event happening at the end of June.

Also in VeloCity news today, VeloCity hosted its second lunch at the Bomber yesterday to help integrate VeloCity with the tech start-up community and push creativity and networking to a whole new level. Supporters from the Waterloo community included: KPMG, Communitech, and students from CBET to help open the doors for collaboration. See pictures from the event below!

VeloCity Entrepreneur Lunch

VeloCity will be hosting a second meet and greet at the Bomber tomorrow Monday February 8th from 12-1pm.
Be sure to stop by and have lunch with some Entrepreneurs in Residence from Communitech and learn more about how to begin your own business.
This is also an excellent opportunity to find out more about this summer’s VeloCity Entrepreneur Boot Camp and get to know the VeloCity team and the Waterloo start-up community. Food and a great opportunity to network will be provided.
This event is open to all UW students so be sure to inform your fellow entrepreneurial friends and classmates.
